     Thank you to the many helpers who made the Third Annual North Saginaw Township LL Fun Tournament a rousing success. The complements from 100 percent of the visiting coaches can make us all proud - facilites, workers, concession stand, etc.

     The champions were Bob Jackson's Saginaw Township North-South team in 14u, The NSTLL team of Mike Kelly was runner-up; Todd Bruzewski's Pinconing Blitz in 12U, The NSTLL team of Mark Abenth was runner-up. Jay Schwellenbach's NSTLL-member Charge won the 11U in an exciting extra-inning title game. Pete Vondette's NSTLL All-Stars won the 10U. Umpires to a man complemented all teams on their sportsmanship. That all made this past weekend's tournament FUN. Thank you - Joe Walker, tournament director

NSTLL is hosting the 9/10 year old district tournament beginning Friday July 9th. We are in need of volunteers to help with the fields, scorekeeping, pitch count, announcing and concession help.  If you still want your $20 opt out back, you can still work your concession stand duty at that time...or volunteer your time..it is appreciated.  Call Jaime at 928-7444 for concession times.  Call Robin at 799-1561 for other volunteer opportunities.

SUMMER CONTINUATION LEAGUE 2010 baseball ages 6-10

Players will pitch, there will be NO pitching machine.  There will likely be two divisions 9-10 & 6-8.  The player fee will be 15 dollars to support payments for umpires, field maintenance, general equipment and restrooms.  The league will tentatively run from July 6^th thru August 5^th.  The games will take place at the North Township baseball public fields.  The games will be scheduled on Tuesdays/Thursdays (Wed if needed)  Please provide legible writing of player’s name, telephone number with baseball age.  Please indicate if you would like to assist in coaching or volunteering in any way.  The assigned coaches will be collecting the money.  Questions?
